What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

All items that are on have free shipping and free delivery. We deal directly with the manufacturer or brand so that we can save expenses on shipping. If there are any additional charges, these will be paid by and you will probably not notice this upon checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, all of our products on have free shipping worldwide.

How long will it take to get my item?

On average it takes up to 14 days for your item to arrive. We deal directly with the manufacturer so as soon as the item is dispatched we email you with unique tracking codes so you can track exactly where your item is. For legal reasons, we have to say it can take up to 40 days for your item to arrive. If you are worried that your package is taking longer than usual please get in touch with us and we can investigate. Please view the Reviews Page as there are many hundreds of comments on how quickly their package arrived.


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major Credit Cards for payments. We do not accept PayPal as there are charges for using PayPal Business and we don't want to incur any more fees to our customers. All payments are 100% secure, safe and no details are held apart from: Name, Address, Postage Address, Contact Details. This is covered under the Data Protection Act and GDPR Law.


How do I place an order?

It's very easy. Select your product and the attributed below and either click the add to cart or purchase via Google Pay. You must select all the required attributes before the Buy it Now button is activated.

How can I cancel or change my order?

In most cases, the order has already been shipped to your postage address. If this has happened then the item will arrive at your address and you must ship the item back to our address unopened. Upon receipt, we will refund you the full amount that day. If the order has not been shipped, we can refund you that day.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don't need an account but it is beneficial for additional tracking options and postage addresses on your account page.

How do I track my order?

Once you have made your payment we will then process your order. Within 24 hours you should receive a tracking code. Please be aware that if you have placed an order on a Friday evening, you probably won't receive a tracking code until Monday morning.

How can I return a product?

First of all, contact us via our Facebook Page. Let us know the issue whether it's faulty or you changed your mind within 45 days and we will arrange pickup of the item (Free of Charge). All we ask is that you package the item as best you can.

Is there a Warranty or Guarantee on my purchase?

Yes! You have a full 12-month Guarantee/Warranty on your products. We offer replacements or a full money-back guarantee if your item can not be repaired. Please keep the documents safe with your order as you will need these if you require a refund or replacement.
